We accept orders starting from a single piece. There is no minimum order quantity for CNC cutting or carving. However, bulk orders of 10+ pieces receive preferential pricing and faster turnaround times.
We accept DXF, DWG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDraw), PDF vector files and even high-resolution JPG/PNG images. Our in-house design team can also create files from scratch based on your reference images or sketches.
Standard orders are completed within 3–7 working days depending on complexity and quantity. Urgent orders can be accommodated within 24–48 hours at a small premium. Bulk orders are planned with a mutually agreed timeline.
Yes, we ship across India via trusted courier and transport partners. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, volume and destination. For local Delhi NCR orders, we offer in-house delivery at nominal charges.
Absolutely. We welcome clients to visit our workshop, see our machines in action and review material samples in person. Visits are available Mon–Sat between 9AM and 7PM. No appointment needed for a general visit.
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cheques and cash for local transactions. A 50% advance is required to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch.
